LGBTE® Certification
Become a Certified LGBT Business Enterprise
According to the NGLCC’s certification guidelines, if your business meets the following criteria, you’re eligible to become a certified LGBTBE:
- Your business is at least 51% owned, operated, managed, and controlled by someone who identifies as part of the LGBTQ+ community and is either a U.S. citizen or a lawful permanent resident
- Your business operates independently from any non-LGBTQ+ business enterprise
- Your business is headquartered and has been formed as a legal, for-profit entity in the United States
If you’re an LGBTQ+ business owner, you can apply to become a Certified LGBT Business Enterprise (LGBTBE®) and enjoy benefits from the National Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC), including:
